What's Happening:

Dress UP and compete for prizes in our costume contest. Indulge in our exclusive mini-cupcake and wine pairing experience, where autumn flavors meet our finest vintages.

Feeling some pent-up energy? Grab a baseball bat and take your frustrations out on a pumpkin in our Pumpkin Smash zone. Then, take it to the next level with our full-scale Pumpkin Chunkin' competition!

Carol LaRue is a self-taught artist whose lifelong passion for horses and "making marks" drives her expressive, emotionally resonant paintings. Starting with childhood crayons and evolving through watercolor crayons to acrylics, Carol loves using line quality and intentional color to evoke emotion in viewers.

Her artistic story is deeply connected to horses – from childhood dreams to adult life spent riding, training, showing, and raising them. This intimate equestrian experience infuses her paintings with authentic understanding and depth that speaks to both horse lovers and art enthusiasts.

With a degree in Design from MSU and a Master's in Education from GCU, Carol combines design principles with intuitive painting instincts. Working across multiple media including watercolors, acrylics, gouache, ink, and watercolor crayons, she creates works where color takes on a life of its own.

Carol describes stepping into her creative world as entering a realm of "color mixing, decision making and pure joy" – a passion that draws viewers into emotional dialogue with her work and stirs something deep within them.
