What to Expect: Transform your fitness routine with mesmerizing hip circles, fluid undulations, and core-engaging shimmies that will leave you feeling empowered and energized. No prior dance experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm and we'll provide everything else, including colorful shimmy scarfs to make you feel like the goddess you are!

  • Bring your own Yoga mat or beach towel
